Payment Reminder Emails for Late Payments

You can set the configuration for email reminders for people who have overdue payments. Typically, you might send one or two reminder emails before warning the member that tee bookings and membership may be suspended until payment is received.

First rule : Days after due, so either on the day or day after send a reminder that payment is overdue.

You can Add Reminder to include a new reminder and change the number of days after due to send a reminder to those bills that are still overdue.

Include in Report - will also send administrators a summary email detailing who is still overdue

Disallow scheduling - will remove the ability for that member to be 

Suspend bookings - will remove the ability for that member to book tee times
